Welcome to our community. We are pleased to offer reliable delivery services across the United Kingdom. 

1. Shipping Destinations

We operate exclusively within the United Kingdom. Currently, we do not offer international shipping to ensure we maintain a low carbon footprint and provide the most reliable service to our local customers. 

2. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In line with our commitment to sustainability and respect for the planet, all orders are packed using plastic-free, recyclable, or biodegradable materials. We aim to protect your glassware and furniture while minimising environmental impact. 

3. Delivery Rates & Times

• Standard Delivery: £4.95 (Free on orders over £75). Delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Express Delivery: £8.50. Delivered within 1–2 working days (orders placed before 12 PM).

• Furniture & Large Items: Due to the size of pieces like the "Bristol Oak" table, these items require specialist two-person delivery. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. 

5. Damaged Items

We take exceptional care in packing our glassware. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund immediately. 

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, our couriers will typically leave a card or attempt delivery to a safe place or a neighbour.
